PLEASE NOTE: Due to differences in computer monitors, different lighting conditions and camera angles, there may be some variations in the object’s appearance. Please read description of color and review photograph carefully. We encourage buyers to research, review and inspect object carefully before buying.

Treasures Pavilion Antiques and our consignor(s) assumes no risk, liability, or responsibility for the authenticity or the authorship of any object identified in the e-catalog (that is, the identity of the creator, of the period, culture, source or origin, as the case may be, with which the creation of any object is identified herein). Each object is sold “AS IS” and neither Treasures Pavilion Antiques nor the Consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the object, and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty of description, genuiness, attribution, provenance or condition of the object and no statement in the e-catalog or made on Ebay or in the bill of sale or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation or an assumption of liability.

Any condition statement is given to an object as an opinion. Treasures Pavilion Antiques shall have no responsibility for any error or omission of information regarding the object. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the object is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging.

SHIPPING, HANDLING AND INSURANCE: After payment is received, items will ship out within five business days for domestic purchases and up to ten business days for international purchases. Buyer is to pay costs of shipping, handling and insurance. Nevada residents please add 8.1% sales tax.

For overseas and domestic shipments we will declare full value of items purchased. Import duties are the responsibility of the buyer – we do not mark items below value or as gifts!

PAYMENTS: We will accept PayPal.

RETURN POLICY: We offer a (3) three-day inspection period and refund of purchase price, less a 10% (ten percent) re-stocking fee, for return of item in original condition within (7) seven days – ONLY if item is not as described! Buyer is to pay shipping and insurance for any returned item.
